Using stampwallet services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy.
Account information. When you register with stampwallet we will request some personal information, including email address and password to create your account. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form.
Data and usage. The contents of your account are stored and maintained on our servers in order to provide the service. Because we keep back-up copies of data for the purposes of recovery from errors or system failure, residual copies of data may remain on our systems for some time, even after you have deleted information or after the termination of your account. Our employees do not access the content of any user account unless you specifically request them to do so (for example, if you are having technical difficulties accessing your account) or if required by law, to maintain our system, or to protect us or the public.
We also may collect information about the use of your account, such as how much storage you are using, your timezone settings, how often you log in and other information related to your registration and use of the Service. iBeacons – Our app uses ibeacon technology for exact position calculation. This gives you a lot of advantages. We use this data to enhance our analytics program for store owners.
We may send you information related to your user account or associated services. Because we believe such information is important, you will not be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving the most critical information regarding the service or your user account. You can edit message & push notifications in our app.
From the moment you add a store to your wallet, your email address will be visible for that particular store. Only the store admin can see your data and use your email to sent promotions or contact you. If you don’t want this, you can disable this per store under the settings of that store. If disabled (through settings page) your email will not be visible for stores Giving you full control.
Personal information may be stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located or any other country in which we maintain facilities. By using the Service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership of the service.
